When are your open / races held?

We race every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evening - 52 weeks of the year.
There is no racing on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Special themed nights are regularly held throughout the year.
Please call the stadium reception for further details.

Do you cater for large group bookings?

Yes we can cater for 1 - 500 depending on which package you require.  The Trackside Restaurant can accomodate 136 guests.

Do you provide free parking?

Yes for 300.

Are children catered for?

Yes and reduced meal prices are available.

Do you have disabled facilities?

A disabled lift has been installed and is operated by a member of our staff , granting access to all 1st floor areas.

What is Tote betting?

Tote betting is a pool system which everyone can bet into, your return is determined by how much has been bet into the pool. In theory it is a similar approach to the national lottery system. Full details on how to bet are detailed within your programme on the night.

What are your minimum / maximum bet limits?

Minimum - £1 win/place
Forecast - 50p Trio - 50p
There is no maximum stake when placing a Tote bet at any of the special Tote booths, or with our hand held Tote machines.

I own a greyhound. How do I race it with you?

Contact one of our trainers, as listed on the
Ownership page.

Can I drink outside?

Yes, plastic containers are provided for drinking outside on the terracing area.

Is smoking allowed?

There is NO SMOKING in any part of the stadium whatsoever!
However smoking is allowed out on the terracing area, immediately adjacent to the race track.

Do you have a late Bar / Disco?

There is a bar / disco held in our upstairs bar, which starts immediately after the last race on Saturday evenings only. The disco stops at 12 midnight and we ask our customers to vacate the premises by 12.30am.

What time is the last race?

Tuesday Evening - 9.35pm
Thursday Evening - 10.02pm
Saturday Evening - 10.35pm

Can I get a taxi from outside?

There are no taxis standing outside the stadium - we ask our customers to pre-book their transport home in advance.  There is a freephone to LA Taxis in our reception area....
