Newmains Rehabilitation & Rehoming Centre
Maximum Comfort...
Newmains has 15 state-of-the-art kennels which accommodate up to 30 greyhounds. All kennels have their own heating system with raised bedding, giving all the dogs maximum comfort they require. Sonia has dedicated her life to helping the greyhounds socialise and integrate with other domestic pets, thus making for a much happier retirement for them. The dogs also enjoy the adjacent galloping fields that allow them to learn playing and sharing : this is extremely important for their welfare and future.
William Hill's Commitment...
Newmains Re-homing Centre is soley funded by William Hill, with additional monies raised by Newcastle Greyhound Stadium who host 2 Charity Nights per year.
The criteria for placing a dog with Newmains is as follows and the final decision for acceptance will be left to the discretion of
Sonia Graham.
* Each new dog must be neutered prior to entering either centre.
* The dog must have up-to-date vaccination certificates.
* A signed transfer of ownership form (GBGB) will be required in accordance with Rule 118 of the rules of racing.
