From the A1, take the a167 for Newcastle City Centre. Then, take the A193 signposted Wallsend. After approximately 1 mile you cross Byker Bridge... continue on the A193 and at the next roundabout take A187 (signposted Wallsend). Keep in the right hand lane and we are 350 yards on the right hand side (after the traffic calming section) behind Benfield Motors.

Do you provide free parking?
Yes! There is FREE parking for cars, mini buses & coaches in front of the stadium in our grounds.
Are children catered for?
Yes, you can take a look at our children's menu on our 'restaurant' page to see what your child would like upon your next visit.

We have a disable lift situated at the entrance to the stadium. Please ask at the turnstiles and one of our security staff will be only too happy to assist.
What is Tote betting?
The minimum stake for this bet is £1. One selects a dog from the field. This can be on any dog at any race meeting. The betting slip can be denoted with the dog's race card number, or the dogs name (and if at another course, the name of the course), or it can be marked as the 'favourite', where the dog is not nominated but the bet is placed on whichever dog is favourite (has the largest amount of money put into the pool) at the start of the race. This will, obviously, have the lowest payout (since the pool will be shared with the largest number of winners) but the assumption is that if others have bet on it, it must have a good chance of winning.
What are you minimum / maximum bet limits?
On most of our betting, the minimum bet is £1 per race. On other's, it is a minimum bet of 50p.
I own a greyhound. How do I race it with you?

Is smoking allowed?
There is a strict NO SMOKING policy that operates throughout the interior of our stadium. However, smoking IS ALLOWED on the extensive terracing area which is situated immediately at the trackside.
Do you have a late bar / disco?
We do, check our restaurant page for more information on the time of closing.
What time is the last race?
Check our racing page for more information on times and days for racing.
Can I get a taxi from outside?
Please note there are NO taxi ranks at the Stadium, but we have a FREE telephone line to LA Taxis in our foyer area, next to reception. We do recommend that you pre-arrange your transport home, prior to visiting us as local firms do get extremely busy at weekends.
